Furthermore, Thing Adventures holds the following licences and memberships:

• Licensed Inbound Tourism Operator (ITO) with the Queensland Government.
• Member of the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC).
• Member of the Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA).
• Member of the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC).
• Holder of a Commercial Activity Permit (CAP) with the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) - North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and Moreton Island (Mulgumpin). Other locations are under application.
• Operator Accreditation (OA) with Queensland Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
• All drivers possess Driver Authorisations (DA) for public passenger transport.
